GPU Data Centers

Hyperscale-ready GPU data center facilities engineered for current-generation compute density.

Overview

Constellation seeks to develop and structure hyperscale-ready GPU data center opportunities engineered for the power, cooling, and networking requirements of current-generation systems. Each facility is intended to be designed with direct-liquid-cooling (DLC) infrastructure, 25 MVA grid connections, and rack densities up to 80 kW — the physical foundation targeted for the firm's GPUaaS and colocation activities. Under development; subject to definitive agreements and financing.

GPU data centers are fundamentally different from traditional data centers. They require significantly higher power density (up to 80 kW per rack versus 8-15 kW for standard colocation), liquid cooling rather than air cooling, and power infrastructure that can sustain continuous high-load AI training and inference workloads. Constellation's GPU data centers are designed from the ground up for these requirements, with power-first site selection, DLC infrastructure, and Tier III design standards.
